1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 4 business days from the date payment is confirmed.
During high-demand periods or promotional seasons, processing times may be extended by one additional business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery (Within KSA)

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped within 6 business days through our approved shipping couriers. You can choose the shipping method that best suits your needs:

SMSA Shipping (SAR 30): Home delivery to your doorstep, depending on the area and if the local branch supports this service.
SMSA Eco-Shipping (SAR 20): Orders are shipped to the nearest SMSA branch for self-pickup; this option does not include home delivery.
Aramex Shipping (SAR 30): Home delivery to your doorstep, depending on the area and if the local branch supports this service.
Refrigerated Shipping (SAR 30): Home delivery to your doorstep, depending on the area and if the local branch supports this service.
Mrsool Fast Shipping (SAR 30): Home delivery to your doorstep, depending on the area and if the local branch supports this service.

3. Important Notes

These shipping services are available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
Our official working days are from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays are not included in the processing or shipping timeframes.
We take great care in packaging orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event of damage caused by shipping, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.
Once the order is handed over to the courier, it becomes their responsibility. However, we are always happy to assist you in tracking your shipment whenever needed.

Shipping and Delivery Policy – International

At "Mastakah," we offer international shipping to our customers worldwide via DHL to ensure your orders arrive quickly and efficiently. Please review our international shipping and delivery policy before finalizing your order:

2. International Shipping & Delivery (via DHL)

International orders are delivered within 6 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and the delivery address, and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Customers will be provided with a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped to monitor its status.

3. Customs Duties and Taxes

Customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes may be imposed by the recipient's country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We highly recommend checking your country's local customs regulations and policies before placing an order.

4. Important Notes

Once the order is handed over to DHL, it becomes their responsibility. However, we will provide full support in tracking the shipment when required.
